　　如何實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度音響外殼小孔加工工藝

　　音響外殼加工要求高精度，小孔加工更是一項(xiàng)技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題，我們采用了專業(yè)的鉆孔設(shè)備，并結(jié)合CNC數(shù)控技術(shù)，通過(guò)對(duì)孔徑、偏心距、孔徑偏差和夾角偏差的控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)了高精度音響外殼小孔的加工工藝。

　　首先，我們對(duì)外殼的基本尺寸進(jìn)行了測(cè)量，并進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。其次，我們通過(guò)對(duì)外殼的圖紙進(jìn)行了制作，并根據(jù)圖紙進(jìn)行了外殼的精密加工。之后，我們根據(jù)客戶的要求對(duì)外殼進(jìn)行了雕刻和裝飾，使其具有更好的外觀和性能。最后，我們通過(guò)對(duì)外殼的尺寸和形狀進(jìn)行了檢查，以確保音響外殼的質(zhì)量。

　　The requirements for the processing of acoustic shell are high precision, and the processing of small holes is even more technical challenge. In view of this problem, we use professional hole drilling equipment, and combine with CNC numerical control technology, through the control of hole diameter, eccentricity, hole diameter deviation and angle deviation, realize the processing technology of high precision acoustic shell small holes.

　　First of all, we measured the basic size of the shell, and then designed it. Secondly, we made the shell drawing and processed the shell accurately according to the drawing. After that, we carved and decorated the shell according to the customer's requirements, so that it has better appearance and performance. Finally, we checked the size and shape of the shell to ensure the quality of the acoustic shell.
